...and the island has totally noticed, which is why tomorrow (Tuesday, July 19) we will be having a random weather event to help you all out: it will be raining knitted woolen hats (with and without earflaps, and with enormous pompom thingies on top, in a variety of colors, styles and sizes) and

*drumroll*

Pink and blue baby booties.

It's entirely possible the island forgot how old high school students are. Oops?

The event will continue all day, so if you have workshops or work tomorrow, your wee ears won't freeze off of your heads! Which would be totally inconvenient.

And now back to your regularly scheduled Monday.
